Tiller

Tiller is our personalized vibe coding/ AI platform. It recreates what Claude or Codex offer, but built with Cloudflare primitives. Things like sandboxing, remote execution, planning, and whatever features that Claude or Codex come out with that look interesting. Also a few of our own. The goal is that it’s portable between ecosystems, and can use all the coding harnesses and models together.

We are using it to make our own apps currently, but we consider it in Alpha. It will be available to try with the “Deploy to Cloudflare” button from this page when it’s out of Alpha. For now, look at the monorepo here, or test out the latest release here.

What Do I Need?

For testing, all you need is a Cloudflare account with the $5 monthly plan, and a Github account. This will run everything on Cloudflare Containers, give some included AI credits via Kimi 2.6, and allow for adding API keys for Codex and Claude. Before you can use Tiller, everything will be protected behind Cloudflare Access, and the Github app will need to be installed. It’s all guided through the wizard and deployed via your own accounts.

For the best experience, you will need a small home server, 1 domain already ported to Cloudflare, a Github Account, and a Cloudflare Account. The $5 monthly Cloudflare Plan is not required. This allows you to use Codex and Claude “Subscriptions” as the harnesses are running on your personal device. It also means that you don’t have to pay for Cloudflare Containers as they run on your own “always on” infrastructure. The domain is required for future features that you can infer from the code if interested.
